Time Lord Will Never Die

So my brother just hooked up the old NES and has started a waterfall of memories. Specifically with this game called Time Lord. You play as this guy from the year 2999 and have crazy adventures within time. The weird thing is you have to beat it within 24 minutes and 34 seconds or you lose the game (lost the game).
